Purelyte 30 Sachets
Replaces everything you lose in sweat.
Zero sugar. No fillers. No artificial junk — just clean hydration that actually works.
1. Water isn’t the issue. Electrolyte loss is.
When you sweat, you don’t just lose fluid. You lose electrolytes — the minerals that help your body hold onto water and keep nerves and muscles firing properly.
That’s why you can drink plenty of water and still feel:
- Flat or foggy
- Headachy or drained
- Cramp-prone
- Like hydration “isn’t working”
"If sweat is involved, hydration without electrolytes is incomplete."
2. Full sweat replacement, in one serve
Most hydration products are built around taste, not sweat loss.
When you sweat, your body loses water and electrolytes together. Water replaces fluid. Electrolytes allow that fluid to be absorbed, retained and used by nerves and muscles.
Most sports drinks and electrolyte powders fail at this step for two reasons:
- They underdose key electrolytes, especially sodium and potassium, relative to what is actually lost in sweat
- They rely on sugar or fillers to drive taste or absorption, which can lead to energy spikes, gut discomfort and inconsistent hydration
As a result, people often drink more and more fluid, yet still experience fatigue, cramping or that “hydration isn’t working” feeling.
- Replaces what sweat removes
-
so water can actually do its job
- No sugar, no crash
-
so you feel stable, not spiked
- Clean formula for daily use
-
so it’s easier to use consistently
3. The Purelyte difference: sweat-level electrolyte replacement
Purelyte is formulated around a simple physiological principle: replace the electrolytes you lose in sweat!
When you sweat, your body loses water and electrolytes together.
Water replaces fluid. Electrolytes allow that fluid to be absorbed, retained and used by muscles and nerves.
Purelyte is formulated to meet or exceed the typical electrolyte losses found in one litre of sweat, across sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium — supporting effective hydration when sweat loss is meaningful.
Why there’s no sugar
Your body does not lose sugar in sweat — it loses water and electrolytes.
Under normal conditions, the body already carries sufficient glycogen (stored carbohydrate) to restore energy after daily activity and exercise. However, glycogen can only be efficiently rebuilt when muscles are properly hydrated.
When dehydration or electrolyte imbalance is present:
- Glucose transport into muscle cells slows
- Glycogen-synthesising enzyme activity is reduced
- Energy stores cannot fully recover, even if carbohydrates are available
This is why simply adding sugar to a drink does not reliably improve recovery.
Rehydration — especially with electrolytes — is a prerequisite for efficient glycogen resynthesis and overall recovery. Electrolytes help restore fluid balance, support cellular hydration and allow normal metabolic processes to resume.
Purelyte removes sugar entirely and focuses on electrolyte replacement first, so hydration works as intended — without spikes, crashes or unnecessary ingredients.
"Hydration supports energy recovery. Sugar is not required to make that happen."
Designed for real sweat, not casual sipping
Purelyte is not positioned as a flavoured water or energy drink.
It is built for situations where sweat loss is meaningful:
- Heat
- Exercise
- Physical work
- Fasting or low-carbohydrate states that increase electrolyte demand
This is why one sachet is designed to mix with up to 1200 ml of water — allowing flexibility based on sweat rate, environment and individual needs.
4. The Formula: built around typical sweat loss
When you sweat, electrolyte losses follow a consistent pattern — with sodium as the dominant loss, supported by potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Purelyte is formulated to meet or exceed typical electrolyte losses in one litre of sweat, so hydration works effectively when sweat loss is meaningful.
Working together, they help stabilise fluid balance and keep core physiological functions — like muscle firing and nerve signalling — running optimally under stress.
5. When to use
Use Purelyte during any situation involving prolonged sweating, fluid loss or increased electrolyte needs
- Training
6. How to use
Mixing Instructions:
Mix 1 sachet with 600ml–1200ml of cold water. Most people prefer it around 800–1000 ml.
Mix stronger within this range when sweat loss is higher and lighter when sweat loss is lower.
Usage Guidance:
For intense physical activity:
– 1 serve before exercise
– 1 serve per litre of sweat lost during
– 1 serve after exercise for recovery
7. What you’ll notice
When electrolyte loss is the issue, people often notice:
- Fewer cramps during or after sweating
- More stable energy without spikes
- Improved hydration despite drinking less water
- A clearer head and steadier focus
- Less “flat” or depleted feeling
